The brand new PurePowerSwitch is virtually identical to the PurePowerPlus, but has an additional functionality. This inverter is equipped with an internal transfer switch for combination use with the normal mains voltage. This is also called a 'bypass' function. In result, the connected equipment is always supplied with 230VAC, either via the mains voltage or via the inverter. So installing a separate power transfer box is no longer necessary.

Priority preference
A unique added value is also that one has the choice in determining the priority. By means of a simple two-position switch, it can be determined who should provide the 230VAC output when the inverter is on and the mains voltage is also present. If one wants to save the battery as much as possible, then the choice will be to give the mains voltage priority over the inverter. When the mains voltage is connected, then in that case the 230VAC output will immediately switch to this supply. If the mains voltage drops out again, the inverter immediately takes over the output. Examples of usage situations: campers, mobile workshops, back-up systems.

It is of course also possible that one wants to work on the batteries for as long as possible. This is often the case if there are sufficient solar panels in the system. In that case, it is desirable to make as much use as possible of the yield of the sun. The inverter now has priority over the mains voltage. Then it will only switch to the mains voltage when the battery has reached the set undervoltage. When the battery is (sufficiently) charged again, the 230VAC output automatically switches back to the inverter. Examples of usage situations: tiny houses, beach houses.

App function
The PurePowerSwitch inverters can be read out in real time via the free PurePower app and the inverter can be put on standby. But above all, the system can be further personalized in this way because many parameters can be set. For example, the undervoltage monitoring can be adjusted and a restart timer can be set so that the battery is fully charged before the inverter switches on again.
