Important: Before returning a device, we would like to ask you to first check the system and the relevant device. A lot can be solved with the help of the troubleshooters in the user manual, the information on this site and with possible telephone support.
In the unlikely event that your device no longer functions, you can send it prepaid to your dealer or directly to Xenteq. You do not need to request an RMA number. We do ask you to enclose a clear description of the complaint, as much information as possible about the relevant usage situation and of course all the details of the sender. The purchase receipt must also be included in order to determine the warranty date. If no purchase receipt has been added, we will assume the factory date of sale. The repair time will normally be only a few working days. Products with the Smart Value Service Label even benefit from service privileges.
You can also contact us with your device that is many years old. We will continue to provide service on all products sold by us in the past. In addition, you will always first receive a free quotation for repair costs that are higher than Euro 50 (excluding VAT and shipping). You can then still decide whether you want to have the device repaired. We also offer the service under the heading 'ready while you wait'. Further we apply the following repair conditions:
* If it turns out that the problem is solved by the manual/problem solver could have been solved, then we are forced to charge €15,- analysis costs (excl. shipping costs).
* For repair costs lower than €50 (excluding shipping costs), you will not receive a statement of repair costs and the defective device will be repaired immediately. Are the repair costs higher than €50 (excluding shipping costs and VAT), you will receive a cost estimate in advance. After your approval, the device will be repaired.
* If the cost estimate is not approved, the defective device will be returned to you or destroyed in consultation. If return is desired, you will receive an invoice for the shipping costs.
* Unless otherwise agreed, repair goods will be returned after payment in advance.
All the above amounts are exclusive of VAT.
